Across a substantial rooftop on a working industrial property, the 54 Pandan Pte.Ltd. facility at 54 Pandan Road found a practical way to put unused space to work. The site was well suited to a rooftop photovoltaic installation that generates electricity on-site, turning overhead area into a productive energy asset.
Solar modules now span multiple sections of the metal roof, adding a meaningful renewable energy surface to the facility. Access routes were kept clear, so day-to-day operations and ongoing maintenance continue without disruption.

Put Idle Roof Space to Work Generating Power On-Site
54 Pandan Road is a working commercial and industrial facility, and its large metal roof held untapped potential. Turning that overhead area into a solar generation asset meant adding clean energy on-site while daily operations carried on as normal.
The design had to fit the building's existing roof geometry and span multiple roof sections, all while keeping clear access routes open for inspection and maintenance for the life of the system.
